You’ve ordered a beautiful plant from us – yes! Now, of course, you want it to arrive at your home fresh, undamaged, and in tip-top shape. Makes sense. We do everything we can to make that happen!

As soon as you’ve placed your order, we get straight to work. We pick your plant fresh from our own nursery – ensuring you get top quality and the longest shelf life.

We start with a paper sleeve around the orchid and the nursery pot. This protects the stems and ensures the flowers aren’t damaged during the journey. Tip: remove the sleeve carefully when unpacking your plant to prevent the flowers from coming loose.

To prevent potting soil from falling out of the nursery pot, we place a sturdy piece of cardboard over it. Everything is then secured with a clever holder – keeping your plant perfectly in place. Finally, the box is carefully taped shut.

Did you order a decorative pot too? Great! We protect it with a generous layer of bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard dividers. This keeps your pot scratch-free and looking great, even if the delivery driver is in a bit of a hurry.

Thanks to our careful packaging, you can count on a healthy, radiant plant upon arrival. And the best part? Your plants will continue to brighten up your interior for weeks to come.
