Want to enjoy a bouquet of flowers for months? You can with our new Kolibri Bouquet. The Mono, Field, and Jungle Bouquet feature an inlay with a water reservoir. The inlay is designed to contain a water reservoir. This ensures that Kolibri Orchids water themselves, making care even easier. The WaterWick is inserted into the nursery pot of the Kolibri Orchids, so they sit in the water and the Kolibri Orchids absorb water in a regulated way.
Once the water is empty, the water reservoir can easily be refilled by adding water to the center of the inlay.
Which orchid bouquets are available?
Mono Bouquet
The Mono Bouquet contains an inlay that fits three of the same Kolibri Orchids with a 12 cm pot size. This orchid bouquet consists of Kolibri Orchids with beautiful flower colors.
Field Bouquet
The Field Bouquet consists of three Kolibri Orchids of the same color, but from different families. You will find one Kolibri Orchids with a 12 cm pot size and two Kolibri Orchids with a 9 cm pot size. In addition to the Kolibri Orchids, three Kolibri Greens are also placed in the inlay in this bouquet.
Jungle Bouquet
The Jungle Bouquet consists of three of the same Kolibri Orchids with a 9 cm pot size. In addition to the Kolibri Orchids, three Kolibri Greens are also placed in the inlay.
How does the orchid bouquet work?
Step 1
Fill the water reservoir with water up to the indicated line. Note: avoid the water level rising above this, otherwise the orchid’s roots will be in the water. The plant doesn’t like this.

Step 2
Push the WaterWicks into the bottom of the nursery pot until the stick has completely disappeared. This is usually already done for you. If this hasn’t been done yet, make sure you hold the heart of the Kolibri Orchids when pushing the WaterWick into the nursery pot. This prevents the Kolibri Orchids from being pushed out of the nursery pot.
Step 3
Make sure the WaterWicks are well submerged. Thanks to the WaterWicks, the plants can water themselves. This way, the plants can never get too much water.
Optional: decorate the Kolibri Bouquet with Tillandsia.
Step 4
Check the water level in the water reservoir once a week by removing the reservoir from the bowl. If necessary, refill the water through the center of the inlay.
