MPS stands for Milieu Programma Sierteelt (Floriculture Environmental Programme). It is an independent quality mark that measures how sustainably a nursery operates. Think of the use of energy, water, fertilizers, and crop protection.
Nurseries register this very accurately. Based on that data, they receive a score: A+, A, B, or C.
A+ is the highest achievable classification.
