Straight from our own nursery
As soon as you’ve placed your order, we get straight to work. We pick your plant fresh from our own nursery – ensuring you get top quality and the longest shelf life.
How your orchid stays safe on its journey
We start with a paper sleeve around the orchid and the nursery pot. This protects the stems and ensures the flowers aren’t damaged during the journey. Tip: remove the sleeve carefully when unpacking your plant to prevent the flowers from coming loose.
To prevent potting soil from falling out of the nursery pot, we place a sturdy piece of cardboard over it. Everything is then secured with a clever holder – keeping your plant perfectly in place. Finally, the box is carefully taped shut.
A little extra protection for decorative pots
Did you order a decorative pot too? Great! We protect it with a generous layer of bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard dividers. This keeps your pot scratch-free and looking great, even if the delivery driver is in a bit of a hurry.
